$3000/month fully inclusive of utilities, wifi, cable TV etc.
$925/week + $150 cleaning fee
$300 security deposit required.
TERMS:50% deposit required at time of booking, with remainder payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival full payment required. In the event of cancellation no refunds will be made unless we are able to re-book the house. Check-in is offered from 3pm on day of arrival and check-out must be by 11am.
